Natalie is a highly accomplished individual with a diverse range of experiences and passions. She began her journey as a percussionist and trombone player, performing in country ensembles and orchestras throughout her youth. She then went on to earn a first class masters degree in Physics and has spent the past 17 years teaching Physics in mainstream secondary education. In more recent years, Natalie discovered her passion for DJing and has performed at venues around the country under her artist profile, Natz.

As a mother of young twin daughters, Natalie is deeply committed to women's rights and equality. This passion led her to found and direct Freestyler Events, an organization dedicated to promoting diverse spaces that welcome people from all walks of life. Natalie now works in Cornwall providing electronic music tuition through DJing lessons, with a focus on promoting inclusion and positive mental health with young people.

She has worked on original broadcast programming for BBC, ITV, Channel 4 and Sky at Twofour’s audio post-production department, and in theatre as recordist and sound designer for Cheap Date Dance Company’s ‘Little Women Big Balls’ and recordist, sound designer, touring sound tech and radio play adaptor for Mundic Nation’s ‘The Coastguard.’ She has been DJing since 2006 and in 2022 founded her events brand Falmouth Loudmouth where she runs a Fresh Fish programme which allows young DJs to make their stage debuts in a safe and supportive environment. She ran free DJing workshops for underprivileged girls and young women in Croydon as a Girlguiding volunteer She is passionate about the healing power of sound — physically, socially, mentally, and emotionally — and believes that arts forge unity, which in turn builds community.

Sam has extensive experience in live events and touring, having worked with some of the world's top artists to create high-energy, exciting shows that keep audiences coming back for more. He has a talent for coordinating every aspect of a live performance, from booking and logistics to technical production, ensuring that each event runs smoothly and meets the high standards of his clients.

In addition to his event planning expertise, Sam is also a skilled production manager. He brings a meticulous attention to detail and a creative eye to every project, ensuring that every event is executed with precision and finesse. Whether working behind the scenes or collaborating with other professionals, Sam is committed to making each event a success.

Hannah Jackson is an experienced event manager with over eight years of experience working across Australia and Europe. She holds a BA Honours degree in Event Management and has assisted and run events from charity to corporate and music festivals. After becoming a mother to twins, she focused her energies on educating herself about mental health, completing courses in Open University Health and Social Care, First Aid for Mental Health, Emotion Coaching Programme with Dr Sarah Temple, and Understanding Children and Young Peoples Mental Health. She is also a qualified Peer Mentor, Scout leader, and currently works as an SEN 1:1 in a local primary school. In her free time, Hannah enjoys attending concerts, festivals, and discovering new music, expressing herself through dance.

Rewan Leach is a highly accomplished music production tutor, specialised in Ableton Live. With an unwavering passion for music and a remarkable talent for teaching, Rewan has made a significant impact on the electronic music scene and the lives of aspiring musicians.

Rewan's journey began during his studies at dBs - Institute of Sound and Digital Technologies, where he began hosting lectures on music production and eventually took on his own tutor group within the institution. After a few years, Rewan transitioned to providing private tuition, allowing him to tailor his teaching approach to the unique needs and goals of each student.

Beyond his commitment to music education, Rewan's genuine care for others shines through in his work with children who have Special Educational Needs (SEN) and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. He understands the transformative power of music and uses it as a medium to empower and support these children, fostering their creativity and self-expression.

Rewan's contributions to the global music scene extend beyond teaching and mentoring. He is internationally recognised as ‘Pluvio’, the co-founder of Symbiotik Records. Partnered with two of Neurofunk heavyweights ‘AKOV’ & ‘Screamarts, they are at the forefront of pioneering the relatively unexplored genre of ‘Neurobreaks’ - a fusion of Neurofunk & Breakbeat

Reece is a musician with over a decade of experience navigating the music industry. From his time at uni obtaining a degree in Electronic Music Production and Sound Engineering, to DJ sets live across Europe, to having some tracks played on the radio, he hit’s career incredible milestones and has now started the journey of sharing the knowledge with students here at Amplify.

Coming from a musical background, his father taught him how to play the drums which gave him a fundamental understanding of rhythm and tempo, which carried his curiosity into vocals. Later exploring  and creating hip hop and grime instrumentals which allowed him to have a grasp on mix and mastering, sound and vocal production and the ins and outs of sound engineering as a whole.

Continuing to be driven by music  and upon completion of his course, Reece was driven to impart his knowledge and experience onto others, while continuing to strive himself. With his extensive knowledge, industry experience and brilliant ability to teach Reece is an asset to learning Music production. He  looks forward to seeing where this journey leads to...

Vincent’s passion for Turntablism and DJing was ignited in the 1980s.
In the early 1990s, he acquired his own Technics SL-1210 MK2 turntables. After some practice, he soon found himself playing house, hardcore, and techno at parties and events across the Southwest, under the moniker DJ Cutting Edge.
After the peak of the ‘rave’ scene in 1

Vincent’s passion for Turntablism and DJing was ignited in the 1980s.
In the early 1990s, he acquired his own Technics SL-1210 MK2 turntables. After some practice, he soon found himself playing house, hardcore, and techno at parties and events across the Southwest, under the moniker DJ Cutting Edge.
After the peak of the ‘rave’ scene in 1994, Vincent shifted his focus to Jungle and Drum and Bass.
Vincent produces his own solo music projects under the alias Louis Samurai, incorporating turntablism into his productions.
Vincent further strengthened his musical foundation academically by earning a BA Honors Degree in Creative Music Technology and a Post Graduate Diploma in Music Business. These qualifications have deepened his understanding of both the creative and professional aspects of the music industry.
Vincent also makes guest appearances at various events and promotions throughout the Southwest and has even become a DMC Championship international finalist in 2025.
